About The Lovejoy Kitchen
The Lovejoy Kitchen grew out of our family’s own health journey. After transitioning to whole-food, plant-based eating, due to a family member’s health issues, I began to experience health benefits that I had long given up on ever achieving. I wanted to share this food plan with as many people as possible. Choosing this diet and lifestyle can be a big adjustment, and I wrote this cookbook to help others make the transition as easily as possible. This cookbook is what I wish I’d had when I was transitioning to whole food, plant based eating and I am delighted to share it with you!
