Is a Small Amount of Salt, Oil, Sugar (SOS) Okay?

Many people transitioning to whole food, plant based eating find reducing or eliminating added salt,oil, and sugar (SOS) to be one of the most challenging aspects of the food plan. Some people are strict about this, but there is no evidence that having small amounts of SOS in a whole food, plant based diet will cause harm. Here is a great article by T.
